MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTANCE FORM
Your membership of the Pastor in Council
(2026-2030), Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, has been approved by the
Pastor and Spiritual Head, C.C.C W/w, His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa.
To validate your membership, you are to COMPLETE the acceptance form below and also pay an
ACCEPTANCE FEE of N500,000 (five hundred thousand naira) into the designated account below, on or before
Tuesday, 30th June, 2026.
In completing the
ACCEPTANCE FORM below, it is compulsory that you upload your
recent passport sized photograph, as this would be used to prepare your
M.P.I.C Identification tag.
Also, only prospective members who fulfil the payment of the
ACCEPTANCE FEE would be inaugurated as
MEMBER PASTOR IN COUNCIL (MPIC 2026-2030), on a date to be announced soon.
